Delivery of goods
Only after we receive your order, the goods in our Lithuanian warehouse are prepared for shipment and dispatched. You can also pick up your goods free of charge from our warehouse (Pakalnės g. 10, Bezdonys, Vilnius district, LITHUANIA). Goods in stock are delivered within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. In all cases, Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control, including delays by the courier service. Goods shall be delivered to the exact place of delivery specified by the Buyer.
Once the Buyer has signed the courier’s delivery and acceptance document, it is considered that the goods are delivered in proper condition, without defects due to non-production defects, or discrepancies during assembly (which can be established by external inspection of goods). If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (externally damaged), that the goods are damaged and/or that the goods are not in the correct condition, the Buyer shall note this in the document of delivery and acceptance of the consignment and shall draw up a free-form consignment and/or goods damage/mismatch report. If the buyer fails to do so, the seller shall be exempt from liability to the buyer for damage to the goods, provided that such damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, and for non-conformity of the goods with regard to the assembly of the goods, provided that such non-conformity can be ascertained by an external inspection of the goods.
